All courses are to be paid in full. Either a 100% or a 50% fee is due at the time of booking, with the remainder payable on the day. All fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued.

If you are unable to attend your training course, please note that course fees are non-refundable. However, in some situations the fees are transferable- students may be able to re-book on to another course date at the discretion of the Academy.​

For online courses, no refunds will be issued.

If students are running late for their training course, then please contact the academy as soon as possible. If a student is going to be over one hour late, then they will be transferred to another course date and will need to re book for this directly with the Academy.

If booking a course within 48 hours of the course running, please contact the Academy via email at donna@peridotacademy.net to confirm your place.

All course material such as manuals, powerpoints, supplied to you from Peridot Academy of Beauty & Skin are for training support purposes only. All material is copyright to the Academy and must not be used or reproduced in any form or for any other usage.

The course timings are a guideline only, depending on class sizes and the speed at which students learn, timings of each course may vary slightly.

It is the responsibility of the student to be patch tested before the course they are attending. Please contact the Academy directly to arrange this.

During the courses, students will be required to work on each other. If students are unable to do this due to health and safety reasons then the student is responsible for bringing a model. Students are advised to inform the Academy in advance if they are unable to participate in the practical and wish to bring a model. For any eye treatment or facial courses, make-up will also need to be removed during the practical part of the training. Please see course details for all information. If you have any concerns please contact the Academy.

It is advised that students wear dark coloured clothing, due to the products being used on the day of training. A beauty tunic is the most appropriate choice of clothing, smart and comfortable. If you are attending a Spray Tanning Course, please bring with you loose fitting clothing. It is not the responsibility of the Academy if students clothing or garments are damaged in any way during training.

Any student that does not conduct themselves in a professional or a respectful manner will be asked to leave the course.

Please inform Peridot Beauty Training of any allergies or if you are Pregnant prior to, or immediately after booking your course so that we can conduct the appropriate Risk Assessments.

For students attending advanced courses, such as Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels, or XD Russian Volume the student must have the required pre-requisites for the course. Proof of certification will be required.

In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled or timings altered, the Academy reserves the right to do so without prior notice, a full refund if the course is cancelled will be provided or an alternative date will be issued.

All students must practice and participate whilst on the course, either on each other, on a model, or on a mannequin head. ​​

There is a minimum requirement to pass each course for a certificate to be issued, where students fail to meet the minimum standard, the Academy will do all they can to offer help and support to the student to meet the required industry standards.

The Academy reserves the right to amend course dates and venues at our discretion. In the unlikely event that a course needs to be cancelled, then in this circumstance a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date provided.

Peridot Academy of Beauty & Skin is not responsible for travelling or parking costs for students. However, there is ample parking in short walking distance of all locations.

All student information is kept secure and strictly confidential. Any questions with regards to the storage and use of your date please contact us.

Photographs or videos may be taken by the Academy tutor of students and / or their work or at any point throughout the duration of the course for the Academy website, social media sites or marketing materials. By accepting our terms and conditions when booking the course you are agreeing to this.
